Most people don't know this, but they should: Solar roof vents (or
passive ridge vents) are required to keep your Manufacturer's shingle warranty valid. If your attic is too hot, and it dries out the shingle from the back side, then it can become prematurely brittle and fail. An average size roof will usually require 2 or 3 vents. Call LeakMaster and we will give you a free estimate of how many vents you will need. Solar vents usually qualify for big State and Federal Tax Credits (which, of course, are much better than a mere tax
deduction.) Call us for the latest info on how much the current credit is. Beware of cheaper brands that don't have a good warranty on the motor, they can be trouble.
