Subject: Cool Class

One of the biggest opportunities facing our Hawaii State govt. is how to cool down our children's hot classrooms without spending huge amounts on money on A/C and electricity. Happily, the answer is easy and cheap. Simply coat the existing roofs and walls with our cool, waterproof roof and wall coatings. Why not? The price is just a fraction of conventional hot roofing and you never have to reroof again. Simply put a topcoat on every 10 to 15 years using low cost maintenance workers. You save our landfills in the progress. No need for expensive A/C equipment, maintenance, and sky high electrical bills.
