Custom 4-Rib
One of the most popular of Custom Metal Roofing's through-fastened profiles. This product has become the standard roofing and siding panel of choice. Because of its efficient coverage and appealing appearance. Rib height is a nominal 1-1/4", spaced at 12" intervals, providing a net coverage of 36".

Applications include commercial and residential roofing, mansards and fascia. Supplied with an anti-capillary groove and optional sidelap sealant, Custom 4-Rib can be utilized on roof slopes as low as 1:12. Custom 4-Rib is manufactured in a variety of materials, surface treatments and colors

Commercial Rib
Commercial Rib is our strongest panel. This pattern, available in aluminum, zincalume, and galvanized steel, has a 7/8" high rib spaced at 22/3". The panel is offered unpainted or in a variety of quality pre-painted colors. Plantation Rib (standard corrugation) is the traditional pattern that has served the test of time. This panel is manufactured in two widths to service the re-roofing market. Panels are 5/8" high and offered in widths yielding 22" or 28-1/2" of net coverage with 2 corrugation sidelap. Ribs are spaced at 3" on center. Available in unpainted aluminum, zincalume and galvanized steel. Both of these popular panels are manufactured in lengths up to 42', minimizing the need to endlap. Design and installation guidelines are available upon request.

roofing metal custom This old school corrugated metal roof (commercial rib) was very popular in the Plantation Era of Hawaii and therefore has a built-in nostalgia. Also it's cheap. And prone to blow off in high winds, as folks in Kaui can attest to. The more hardy versions, like this one, have a deeper corrugation which gives it a greater stregnth. Choose either zinalume or aluminum for corrosion resistance. The unpainted galvanized steel has rusted out, in the past, over time. In any case, like all exposed fastener roofs, you will need to reseal the fasteners as they wear out under our UV. roofing metal custom
